  I asked for a charge to be waived and the response was "when a store gives you something, you pay for it". Not in a polite manner. It was a 10 dollar charge we were talking about coming form a customer who has been with koodo for 10 years. SMH

  All I can say is Koodo does not have you covered i bought a cell phone from this company they did not have a case for my phone I broke it the next day and basically they told me it's my problem still can't get a cover for it a5 Samsung phone will never deal with Walmart or Koodo

  I watched the staff serving customers as I waited patiently for my turn. I could not help notice how well the staff interacted with the customers, as well as each other, considering the ridiculous hordes of people that were looking to ask questions or make purchases. It took me 2 visits and one trip back to my car to accomplish my goal of activating a phone, because I had failed to bring with me one piece of information that was required for them to make the switch, so I had no problem with waiting patiently for a second time in line to complete the transaction. I began with one lady and then completed with a different one, that's just how it worked out; the first girl was with a customer who was in line ahead of me. There was a quick interaction between the girls while one brought the other up to speed on what I wanted and where the transaction was poised. In the end, they had to apply a short workaround because of a minor glitch involving the back-end work with my former service provider, however I walked away happy, with a fully functioning phone, and the workaround wasn't even an issue. Thanks to the 2 ladies (whose names I didn't think to ask) for their perseverance and persistence in getting the deal done, and me up and running in fairly short order !
