I tend to frequent this location quite often when I visit Peterborough. The staff are quite helpful and always there to answer questions. Never have any issues and always leave with what I want. Which is good for their sales I guess. Lol. But seriously even if you want to buy online they can also help you there as we and they do price match.

Their website said they had two of a particular item. Tried calling store to confirm information on website...no one would pick up. Arrived at the store (1 hr away from where i live) and guess what? They don't have it. Awesome. Trying to get customer service was difficult too or someone willing to really look with us/for us. Awful.
