  An issue happened in store, but a manager (Darryl) called me to explain and offer to help. He said he'd get back to me in a day or two. This was Thursday - I've since called and was told he was off Friday and today, and not back until Tuesday. So just keeps going down hill. Between rude staff (who it seemed they were already aware about), and being lied to, I don't see a reason to go back again. ***Update*** Daryl helped me out immensely, the previous was a miscommunication it seems. Very professional when I returned, will be looking at them for future gear.

  A business is just a place, it's the people there that make it great. Aside from the great selection they carry the best part of long and mcquade here is that everyone previously from buds music that we all know and respect are there continuing to give us the best service and support we as musicians could ask for. John Ellis, John Hooper and Jamie Bridgeman have been helping me make informed decisions for years - hats off to them and everyone else on the team who makes long and mcquade the place to go.
