  Nothing short of disgusting and dishonest!! Having spent my career in justice, I can attest to the fact that I was put in a situation where a cashier attempted to cheat me out of $50 change.....so-called 'management' intervened. I was advised by someone who told me he was the manager, to stop back in next time I was in Peterborough, and he would cut me a cheque for $25, as he agreed I was treated unfairly......didn't happen! He wasn't even the GM! I went back in....GM was useless, and couldn't appear to care less. No $25. -- it was refused. How to treat a customer! This will be well advertised!!

  Absolutely horrible customer service. My pregnant wife went in for a 50 lb bag of grain for her horse, the employee was in the same aisle, completely ignored her. She then had to seek someone out to load it onto the cart. When finally she reached the check out, a different, female employee then expected her to pick the bag up so that she could scan the barcode. An all together awful experience, it seems as though the entire staff is completely devoid of any customer service skills. Go to a co-op feed store where they'll load you up - you don't even have to ask.
