  We love this place. Jen and Sarah are great hosts and the value and experience is great. We love that you can tweak each recipe with additional oak or tanin is fantastic. We've been to so many wine making shops and this one is the best by far. We've made a bunch of their wines and given the right tweaks even the lower value wines can produce a reasonable wine once aged a month. But, in general we've loved almost everything we've bottled there.
